| 目的 研究关节镜辅助下尺骨远端大斜形截骨张力带固定治疗尺骨撞击综合征的近期临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2016年1月至2022年4月湖北理工学院附属黄石爱康医院骨科28例关节镜辅助下尺骨远端大斜形截骨张力带固定治疗尺骨撞击综合征的患者资料，均为单侧病变。比较术前和末次随访时的VAS评分、改良Mayo腕关节评分、握力及活动度。结果 术后随访时间为10 ～ 24个月，平均17.5个月。伤口均Ⅰ期愈合，截骨端平均骨愈合时间为8.5周。末次随访时VAS评分、改良Mayo腕关节评分、活动度及握力较术前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 关节镜辅助下尺骨远端大斜形截骨张力带固定治疗尺骨撞击综合征的近期临床疗效满意。 |

| Objective To investigate a short-term clinical study of wrist arthroscopic distal ulna adjustable large oblique shortening osteotomy and tension-band fixation for ulnar impaction syndrome.Methods From January 2016 to April 2022, 28 cases who underwent arthroscopic distal ulna adjustable large oblique shortening osteotomy and tension-band fixation for ulnar impaction syndrome in the Department of Orthopedics of Huangshi Love ＆ Health Hospital Affiliated of Hubei Polytechnic University were retrospectively analyzed, all of which were unilateral lesions. The modified Mayo wrist score, VAS score, grip strength and range of motion were compared before operation and at the final follow-up.Results The postoperative follow-up time ranged from 10 to 24 months, with an average of 17.5 months. All the wounds healed by first intention, and the average bone healing time of the osteotomy end was 8.5 weeks. At final follow-up, the VAS score, modified Mayo wrist score, range of motion and grip strength were significantly improved compared to preoperative values (P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist arthroscopic distal ulna adjustable large oblique shortening osteotomy for ulnar impaction syndrome evidently improved after completion of therapy in our recent study. |
