目前,腕关节疾病的诊疗正朝着精准化、个体化和微创化方向快速发展。人工智能辅助诊断、3D打印个性化假体及关节镜技术在临床实践中展现出巨大潜力。然而,将这些创新技术转化为广泛临床应用仍面临诸多挑战,如平衡高新技术与医疗成本,确保新技术的安全性和有效性等。未来研究应更加注重多学科交叉融合,加强基础研究与临床应用的紧密结合。本期《生物骨科材料与临床研究》“腕关节疾病诊疗”专题文章涵盖了腕关节疾病诊疗领域的多个热点话题,包括诊断技术进展、创新植入材料、微创手术技术等。以期相关领域的研究者和临床工作者保持开放和创新的态度,共同推动腕关节疾病诊疗水平的进一步提高。 |

The diagnosis and treatment of wrist joint disorders are rapidly evolving towards precision medicine, individualized therapy, and minimally invasive approaches. Innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis, three-dimensional printed customized prostheses, and arthroscopic techniques, have demonstrated remarkable potential in clinical practice. However, the translation of these innovative technologies into widespread clinical applications faces numerous challenges, such as balancing cutting-edge technology with healthcare costs and ensuring the safety and efficacy of novel interventions. Future research should emphasize multidisciplinary integration and strengthen the connection between basic research and clinical applications. This special issue of Orthopedic Biomechanics Materials and Clinical Study focusing on wrist joint disorders encompasses various cutting-edge topics, including diagnostic technological advances, innovative implant materials, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. We encourage researchers and clinicians in related fields to maintain an open and innovative mindset to collectively advance the standard of care in wrist joint disorder management. |
