既往对于骨修复材料的设计多倾向于材料的成骨效能,对材料的其他功能化作用关注不足。组织工程材料用于促进骨缺损修复是一个包含多因素的复杂过程,涉及细胞调控、骨免疫、骨稳态、血管化与神经化多方面的因素,现今将“骨缺损修复微环境”作为一个整体概念正越来越受到人们的重视,注重多种微环境之间的串扰机制和骨组织工程三要素之间的合适组成是未来骨修复材料发展的重点。本研究综述骨缺损修复研究中的多种微环境,为组织工程技术应用于骨缺损修复的研究思路提供借鉴。 |

In the past, the development of bone repair materials has tended to focus on the osteogenic efficacy of materials, with little attention paid to other functional effects of materials. The use of tissue engineering materials to promote bone defect repair is a complex process involving multiple factors, including cell regulation, osteoimmunology, bone homeostasis, vascularization and neurogenesis. Nowadays, the microenvironment of bone defect repair as a whole concept is attracting more and more attention as a whole concept. Focusing on the cross-talk mechanism between different microenvironments and the appropriate composition of the three elements of bone tissue engineering is the focus of the development of bone repair materials in the future. Various microenvironments in the study of bone defect repair have been reviewed to provide reference for the research ideas of tissue engineering technology applied to bone defect repair. |
