      半月板损伤常常导致膝关节疼痛、活动受限等症状,严重影响患者的日常生活。膝关节内结构复杂,临床上半月板损伤类型较多,明确损伤类型对于治疗方式的选择尤为重要。本文旨在剖析半月板的解剖结构,总结各类半月板损伤类型及治疗半月板损伤的最新进展,在向读者全面展示半月板的损伤及治疗的同时,帮助临床医生针对不同的损伤类型选择更优的治疗方案。半月板根据损伤病因和撕裂方式有不同的分类方式,目前半月板损伤主要通过保守治疗、关节镜下半月板切除术及关节镜下半月板修复术进行治疗。治疗方式需要根据损伤类型及患者需求做出合适的选择,然而,目前的治疗策略都存在相应的弊端。近年来,关于生物制剂和生物材料促进损伤半月板的愈合的研究愈来愈多,这类新兴的领域有望成为未来半月板损伤治疗的新方向。
英文摘要:
      Meniscus injuries often result in symptoms such as knee pain and activity limitation, which have a significant impact on the patient's daily life. The structure of the knee joint is complex, and different types of meniscal injuries are seen in clinical practice, making it crucial to specify the type of injury for treatment selection. The aim of this article is to objectively analyse the meniscal anatomy, summarise the different types of meniscal injuries and the latest advances in treatment to provide the reader with a comprehensive overview of meniscal injuries and their treatment. Additionally, this article aims to assist clinicians in selecting optimal treatment options for various injury types. Various classification systems have been developed to identify meniscal injuries based on tearing method and the cause of the injury. Currently, meniscal injuries are primarily treated through conservative measures, arthroscopic meniscectomy, and arthroscopic meniscus repair. The approach to treatment must be based on the type of injury and the needs of the patient, but existing treatment methods have limitations. In recent years, there has been an increase in studies of biologics and biomaterials to promote healing of injured menisci. This emerging field is expected to become a new direction in the treatment of meniscal injuries in the future, and could potentially revolutionise the approach to treating these injuries.
