激素性股骨头坏死(steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head, SONFH)是由于长期使用糖皮质激素等原因导致股骨头代谢异常、脂质代谢失衡和血液微循环紊乱,导致骨小梁骨折、骨组织坏死塌陷、髋关节功能障碍。SONFH的致残率很高,给家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担。但其发病机制尚不明确,探索它是骨科医生面临的一个迫切挑战。本文对成骨细胞在SONFH的发病机制中所起的作用进行简要综述,以加深对SONFH发病机制和预防的认识。 |

Steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head (SONFH) results from abnormal femoral head metabolism, lipid imbalance, and blood microcirculation disorders due to long-term use of femoral head, including through glucocorticoid use. This results in trabecular bone fracture, collapse of bone tissue necrosis, and hip dysfunction. SONFH is associated with a high rate of disability, which places a heavy economic burden on families and society. However, the pathogenesis of SONFH remains unclear and its investigation is an urgent challenge for orthopaedic surgeons. This article reviews the role of osteoblasts in the pathogenesis of SONFH, in order to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis and prevention of SONFH. |
