| 目的 探讨一种自制的经皮椎间孔穿刺装置的临床应用，提高椎间孔镜定位穿刺的成功率。方法 应用自制的椎间孔定位装置对昆明市第一人民医院骨科2022年8月至2023年9月收治的经皮椎间孔镜下椎间突出盘髓核摘除术患者60例进行分析，将其分为两组，自制定位装置组30例，对照组30例（采用传统穿刺方法）。记录两组的穿刺次数、透视次数、穿刺置管时间、首次穿刺成功例数与并发症发生情况。结果 定位装置组在术中穿刺次数、穿刺置管时间、透视次数均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；定位装置组首次穿刺成功率（33.30%）明显高于对照组（3.30%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 自制的椎间孔镜定位装置可有效提高对目标椎间盘的定位穿刺，提高手术效率。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical application of a self-made improvement precise positioning device for percutaneous intervertebral foramen puncture to improve the success rate of endoscopic positioning puncture.Methods A self-made intervertebral foramen positioning device was applied to 60 patients who underwent percutaneous endoscopic discectomy of the nucleus pulposus in the First People's Hospital of Kunming City from August 2022 to September 2023. They were divided into two groups: 30 patients in the self-made positioning device group and 30 patients in the control group who received traditional puncture methods. The number of punctures, the number of perspectives, the puncture tube time, the success rate of first puncture and complications in the two groups were recorded.Results The number of punctures, the number of perspectives, and the puncture tube time of the positioning device group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); and the success rate of the first puncture in the positioning device group (33.30%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (3.30%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made intervertebral foramen endoscope positioning device can effectively improve the positioning and puncture of the target intervertebral disc, and enhance surgical efficiency. |
