Objective To design and develop two new types of traction grille to solve the problem that traction grille is easy to fall off. Methods Scheme 1: On the basis of the existing traction ballast, the flat columnar traction ballast is divided into two parts longitudinally through the central axis. The two parts have concave and convex parts which can be embedded in each other. When using the longitudinal combination of concave and convex components, the two parts can form a complete traction ballast. When the concave and convex components are separated longitudinally, the traction ballast can be divided into two parts. Scheme 2: On the basis of the existing traction ballast, the traction ballast can be divided into two parts. The diameter of the central axis of the side groove of the flat columnar traction ballast is enlarged, and the shaft rod is designed as the shape of the upper thin section and the lower thick section. The diameters of the upper and lower sections correspond to the lateral part and the central axis part of the traction ballast groove respectively. When the traction ballast is placed, the side groove is sleeved into the upper section of the shaft rod and falls down against the shaft rod. When the traction bar is removed, the traction bar is lifted up along the shaft bar to the finer part of the shaft bar, and the traction bar is translated to slide out along the side groove. Results The new traction ballast is not easy to fall off and easy to use when it is collided. Conclusion The new traction ballast is safe and reliable, and it is worth popularizing. |
