| 各种原因如创伤、先天畸形、退行性疾病导致的半月板外凸已逐渐成为骨关节疾病中的重要问题。半月板中央化技术是近年发展起来的一种针对半月板外凸的新型治疗手段。该技术在一定程度上改善半月板功能的同时，也能很好地与传统的治疗手段相结合，进一步拓宽了该技术的应用领域。本篇综述从半月板中央化技术的临床应用和基础研究展开分析，针对盘状半月板、半月板撕裂、骨关节炎、半月板移植术后等原因导致的半月板外凸，将半月板中央化技术的研究进展进行了综述，对该技术的主要步骤进行了说明，对其在几种疾病领域的临床应用进行了介绍和分析，并对该技术在未来的发展方向做了归纳和展望。 |

| The extruded meniscus caused by various causes such as trauma, congenital malformation and degenerative diseases has gradually become an important problem in bone and joint diseases. Arthroscopic centralization of meniscus is a recently emerging treatment method for extruded meniscus. This technology can improve meniscus function to a certain extent, but also can be well combined with traditional treatment methods, and further broaden the application field of this technology. This review analyzes the clinical application and basic research of meniscus centralization technology. It reviews the research progress of meniscus centralization technology for meniscus exophthalmos caused by discoid meniscus, meniscus tear, osteoarthritis, meniscus transplantation and other reasons, explains the main steps of this technology, and introduces and analyzes its clinical application in several disease fields. The development direction of this technology in the future is summarized and prospected. |
